Called @VodafoneUK re wife’s new @Apple Xr that developed screen fault. As rcvd just 30+ days she told to go to apple and pay to fix. Under 2015 C act, this is a disgrace. Should be replaced or offers repair inside 6 months. @MartinSLewis These guys always seeking to cheat £

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made.My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@rocky3163 @__ItzJason @VodafoneUK Vodafone and O2 (tesco) are absolutely terrible around where I live and work (I drive around West Midlands and Wales).EE only loses signal in a couple of places, in literally the middle of nowhere.But EE is a bit pricey compared to the others.#MyTwoCents
