Our @comcast @Xfinity cable wire is down and hanging in the yard. I’ve tried calling twice. It takes 3 minutes to get through the phone tree and just get to hold music. Then they can’t help me. This is a safety hazard! Someone could get hurt.

@profaxe @Xfinity They're the worst. 10 years ago we moved for my job and I had to close the account b/c there was no xfinity where we were moving PLUS husband was getting back surgery. 2 yrs on 3 yr contract they wouldn't let me out. Execuitve Customer Service truly suggested I declare bankruptcy

@ananavarro @comcast It takes an act of congress to get a live representative on the phone. The worst!!! 5 mins with the robot before they force u to a link to interact via chat, then someone ‘may’ call u back 30 minutes later. The worst. #comcast #xfinity

@XfinitySupport @Xfinity @comcast is too expensive for me. $90 for JUST internet….I need to switch at this point. Still nothing from customer service and I’m not finna sit on a phone and listen to a machine keep sending me in circles. Who do y’all have for internet?
